I grew up watching my grandfather with his Yashica camera. He took us on day trips and longer trips. He kept taking photos and captured memories in photo albums. He planted a seed in me for capturing memories.

I had a HotShot camera (with film) when I was in school. I took photos of my friends in school trips. I then printed them, numbered them and asked my friends to mention the ones they wanted copies of. A lot of my school friends tell me that they have memories of school, thanks to my photocopies.

I had a Sony digital camera with which I photographed my initial years in Germany. My daughter is using it nowadays because she likes the antique look in the photos.

I switched to a Canon DSLR camera and started photographing memories and people from my German classes. I liked telling stories with photos in my photo blog.

In 2017, my wife picked up an interest in make-up and then we found a combined hobby. She did the make-up and I did the portrait photography. Together we started capturing memories for people and their passions.
